There was a slight issue at check in, our room was not ready yet. The clerk did his best to get us into a room as soon as possible. Once that was taken care of, the rest of the stay was excellent. The room was spacious and clean, it looked like it might have been recently renovated. They also offered a very nice breakfast. Pancakes, eggs, potatoes, biscuits & gravy, and so much more. If we're ever in the area again, will definitely stay here.

The hotel has a lot of character. Not your standard hotel. When we arrived, we were greeted by Colton at check in. He was so nice to work with and we were lucky enough to get a room upgrade. Our room was very cute with woodsy decor and a nice sofa area with fireplace and TV. We were near the rear door for very easy access. Also just down the Hall from the pool area which is very large and clean. They have a big pool and hot tub. Breakfast was free! Eggs, bacon potatoes, pancakes and the other usual items. Very tasty too. The woman working in the breakfast area never stopped cleaning, refilling items and making sure everything was okay. We were only about a mile from Main Street. Parking was plentiful and well lit. If we go back to Galena, that’s definitely where we will stay.

This was my third time staying here. Check-in was easy, and we arrived a few hours before check in time on the website. The room was nice.. had shampoo, conditioner and body wash available if needed in shower and hand soap and lotion in sink area... however the pillows on the bed had seen better days. The pillows would flatten down in areas and had lumps in other areas. The breakfast buffet has a few different options each day...but also had the usual stables ...eggs, breakfast potatoes, toast, pancakes, etc
