"Good location, good restaurants, not great staff"
We enjoyed our stay though most of the staff were not very welcoming and usually seemed to be going through the motions or hoping for tips!
The location is excellent and there are obvious opportunities to walk the long, lovely beach.
We were unfortunate to pick a period when lots and lots of young swimmers from all the Caribbean countries were based at the hotel for a big event, making for chaos in the buffet restaurant at breakfast and lunch times - the staff coped badly with the numbers, food was not plentiful or properly replenished at these times. Fortunately, in the evening it was possible to book places in the other restaurants, all of which were really good.
At no point in our stay did any staff go out of their way to get to know you and often service was slow and waiters/waitresses were offhand, particularly in the buffet restaurant, which could benefit from decent management! In the evening restaurants everything was much better and we thoroughly enjoyed every evening meal.
Entertainment was very limited, both during the day and in the evening but the hotel does benefit from its lovely beach and there were always plenty of loungers available both at the pool and on the beach with towels always available.
The bedroom was large, well equipped and always spotlessly clean. Our balcony was small but did offer a great view along the beach. It was slightly off putting to be immediately asked if we wanted to pay for an upgrade to a room with "a much better view, however"!!

Too many 13/14 year olds staying for Spring break, using hotel as a base, so noisy in evening.
We were expecting an adult environment, and it was far from this.
Loud music from 11 am throughout the day, so we spent all our time on the beach, grabbing one of the few sun shades from early in the morning, to protect us from the sun (which shone most of the time!)
The staff were very helpful, and the food was very good and plentyfull.
With the drink also being inclusive, it was a big draw for young Americans (Florida only an hour's flight away) so evenings tended to be very noisy. With being on the top floor with part ocean view, we were as far away as possible from the noise and entertainment which went on 'til the early hours. The main singer was an excellent entertainer.

The water in our bathroom smelled very bad for all week. The room floor was dirty and we had to re wash our feet before do go to bed because they were black underneath after walking around the room. The place it is really beautiful but needs more attention.

This was more like an apartment than a hotel. I never saw the staff. The Ac began to leek and I turned it off I couldn't get a hold of anyone. The place cold have been cleaner. All in all it wasn't that bad. It was reserved had Ac ( the one that worked) some silverware was provided if you wanted to cook. Doesn't look like the pictures though be forewarned
