“I feel a bit conflicted leaving this review, as the hotel itself was otherwise fine. Unfortunately, I accidentally left my wash bag in the room after checking out. I realised within an hour and called the front desk, who told me they would search the room. I was later told it wasn't there. I asked them to check again, but they again confirmed nothing had been found. The wash bag had significant sentimental value to me, so this was extremely disappointing. I appreciate that items can sometimes……
