"We were so confused on staying here with all the mixed reviews. Location was perfect for our little holiday which was just for beach and play. Reception staff were so friendly couldnt fault them. The hotel itself is extremely run down like noone cares. Its not a hotel i would recognise as anything other than a 3 star hotel. We didnt get any room service or toilet rolls etc replenished in our 4 day stay, no beds made or clean sheets or towels etc as you would expect. Stains on carpets , lounges etc , showers full of bright green mould and residue , toilet bowls stained the max, windows etc absolite filth. The pool area has no maintenance what so ever absolutely filthy water didnt no what half the stuff was lurking at the bottom lol no odea of who sets the standards and expectations but the cleaners just seem to get paid for doing nothing. Other than that the rooms facilities were perfect for what we needed on our little trip , but when your paying so much money i would have exacted more from the hotel , maid services etc"

"The location is good, close to the town centre and beaches. Staffs are friendly and helpful. What I did not fancy that much was the condition of the room being a bit aged, the bathroom and shower doors could not be properly shut due to old age. Other than that, everything was good."
