"After a curious approach. The owner met us there and showed us around. It was a very quite, beautiful mountain apartment. Details outdoors were evident and comfort inside was great. "Unforgettable stay in a fabulous, historic setting. We were celebrating a special birthday with friends and couldn’t have found a more perfect, relaxed setting in which to enjoy the occasion.The apartments and grounds provide ample space for a large party with a backdrop of the Tuscan countryside and view of the Appian Alps. The hosts are kind and considerate, and the meal we had catered by the staff was lovely. Every day was an adventure walking in nature, by lakes, forests, swimming or hanging out around the pool."

The location of the Mill is unparalleled - from the winding lane that gets you there, to the mountain stream and the charming rope bridge across it. The Mill itself is ancient and has been sensitively updated to ensure that you have all the facilities you need without losing the sense of history. The pizza oven and outdoor seating area is perfect for enjoying fabulous food in the dappled shade. Try the restaurant in Sillico too - the terrace looks out over mountains to the sunset! "

"The cottage is wonderful for getting away from it all. Comfy bed, wifi, brilliant host, a varied selection of wildlife and animals! The location is really off the beaten track, the last road to the parking is very narrow with tight bends. We walked down the ancient path to the medieval bridge a couple of times, steep but great views. Very peaceful place, thoroughly recommended."
