Staff very friendly and great location facility

Was quite shocked. Upon checking in, served a welcome drink, which was great but after that was just downhill. No towels were in the room and tried to call the front desk but the phone was disconnected. It took hours to get the towels. Power outage continued for so long and occurred frequently. The color of water was terrible… even for 1 night, wasn’t rest at all…

The staff were incredibly friendly and kind—always attentive, yet never intrusive. Their genuine warmth and professionalism added a personal touch to our experience, making us feel truly cared for throughout our stay. Whether we were lounging by the pool or enjoying the serene beach sunset views, everything felt perfectly curated to create a peaceful and indulgent escape. Firstly it was the manager and staff who were very obliging to all our requests and needs. During the day we were very happy with our Villa, a great pool and comfortable seating areas. As seniors we found the location to be extremely noisy due to late night parties at bars.
