“We had an absolute amazing stay at Hani. The staff is excellent at making you feel at home and secure and safe. They are amazing with children and really make it feel as if you’re in a warm family. Really the best staff I have ever experienced in my life. The accomodation itself is a beauty. It’s really small, therefore it feels so warm. There are only a couple of suites, so it feels very familiar. No people coming in and out of the accomodation. The house cat Nami is also a beauty to have……

The rooms are small enough for those who don't spend a lot of time in the room, and there is plenty of water pressure, hot water, and desalinated water. If you plan to enjoy a series of outdoor activities in gili air, i recommend you to choose JAGO!”

“This sweet hotel with just 8 spacious bungalows was a great find. Just minutes from the main street and East side beachfront, I loved the location. The team are so helpful and friendly and quickly they learn your name. The spaces were so comfortable with a king side bed and pretty mosquito netting as well as an ample bathroom with the gorgeous open air shower. Breakfast was a bit of a walk away about 8 minutes but along the beachfront so no hardship at all. I didnt ask but Im sure they could……

“Great location: the best snorkeling point, near restaurants and everything. But the beach is dirty with leaves and garbage, it 's not comfortable to swim in to. We stayed five nights. It's fresh water shower in weekdays but turn into salt water at weeken. So choose Waterfront if you care about the salt water shower. Nice hotel and nice friendly workers”

“The rooms were nice, but please note that in the villas the bathrooms are open air. This is lovely but does allow for quite a lot of mosquitos. The breakfast was good - more options that are without bread as a main focus would be nice for those with gluten or wheat sensitivity. The villas are not very sound proof, so you can hear the live music in the evenings, or frolicking around the pool during the day. It wasn't an issue for us, but I think if you are a light sleeper or sensitive to noise,……

“Staff is very friendly, professional and humble. Villas and rooms need a little bit more maintenance as most of the wood parts are damage by humidity of the island. Also, cafeteria should improve as it's quite dirty...the rest is okay. Good place for one or two nights but not more. ”

“My least favourite place in Lombok & Bali on our trip. I was so excited to book given the reviews especially by families but it was average at best and I specifically changed my dates / plans to stay there. All about diving. Clearly given the name. I wasn’t into the vibe and spent little time there. My ciild didn’t want to hang there either. It’s right opposite the harbour which is good for travel but not for swimming.”

“This is THE most AMAZING place. From the moment we checked in (early) the staff were super friendly and the accomodation pure luxury. From cleaning the pool silently in the mornings before we awoke, to helping to provide ginger tea for my unwell partner, this staff were amazing. Would 100% go here again and 100% recommend to anyone else.”

“Clean, good vibe, quiet, homely, feeling welcome. Amazing food and staff. Perfect for our Family with 3 small kids. The kids are so welcome by everyone. Perfect size pool in a calm beautiful garden. Very clean. The restaurant is perfect for a calm meal and the kids don’t have to sit still. Perfect location by the best snorkeling and swimming. Calm sea. But the absolute cherry on top is the lovely people who work here. I hope we will be back sometime! ”
