"This place is fine. It is nothing fancy. We had a few issues that would be easy to remedy. The deck boards need to be replaced. Screws are pulling up and some boards need replaced. The cookware is way past its prime - the handles felt like they were going to fall off. The dishwasher is missing a rack. The bed on the main floor is very uncomfortable. All other beds were fine. Mostly the house is ok but could use a little TLC."
