“Fabulous place in a great location, very quiet and safe area and plenty of car parking available overnight with restricted parking during the day. Accommodation was excellent and I will definitely use it again, kitchen was well stocked and the bed very comfy and overall the place was very well done out and clean. “The property itself was a lovely upstairs room, generous in size and very close to the rail station with a direct line to Edinburgh. We had a two night stay and found the bed to be very comfortable. A generous soak bath tub is in the main bedroom. Little snacks were a pleasant gift. Small issues were disappointing.On arrival there was no soap in the container and We were disappointed that despite asking for the room to be serviced, the soap was not replenished, toilet paper not replenished and……

“Bad experience ! First night the heater was not working but the supervisor just gave us a portable heater which is noisy and bothering us all night . Luckily the next day we asked them to give us a new room otherwise it would be a disastor . Room cleaning is ridiculously every three days . We asked them to do room cleaning the second day morning but when we returned to hotel around evening , the room was not done cleaning at all .
