The primary reason for the poor rating is because the bed sheets were very stained and appeared to have not been changed. I had to get fresh sheets from the front desk, which may have been clean but were still stained. The rest of the room was relatively clean and the front desk agent was very nice but i doubt I'd stay here again.

It was the worst stay in my life. First they didnt want to check me in even if i had a reservation, they said that I have to pay more because they don't have room type which I booked. Weird, right? After I called Expedia for help, receptionist, who said he is an owner, called police. Policeman was shocked about situation as I was and asked them to give me room. When I finally checked in there was cockoroach at the door, we went to change room, they gave another.... In the morning I was talking to GM, but they just deffended that "professional" receptionist and even didn't appologized. Hope they will never work in hospitality bussiness, it's unacceptable customer service

I absolutely love super 8!! They have always got me into my room early, they have always accommodated anything I’ve asked. Rooms are always clean and smell good! Staff is the absolute best!! This is the place to stay!

I know it’s tempting to pay less, but it’s worth paying more to stay somewhere better then here. It started off the side door being zip tied open 10 o’clock at night. This did not make me feel safe. I tried calling the front desk multiple times to tell them. I walked down to let them know, and he was outside on his cell phone. Hence, why he did not answer the phone…. He took the zip tie off and explained they put them on during the day but take them off at night. He said some of the cameras don’t work and the key cards don’t work on some doors. Unfortunately, my good intentions got my husband along with other travelers stuck outside…. The next morning, there was a large cigarette ashtray propping the door open. The elevator was making noises that an elevator shouldn’t make. We thought it would be safer to take the steps, but even though the steps were to be used in case of a fire, the stairwell was locked. The room was very gross and I didn’t want to touch the bed, even though I was exhausted. The bathroom had mold all along the ceiling and I spotted a cockroach. We all slept in our clothes and did not use the shower. We only kept the necessities with us. Our next stop we stayed somewhere a little more expensive and it was so worth it!

Roaches - I killed 5 roaches and it wasn't even dark out yet; and there was a hair intertwined in the pillowcase. The sheets and pillowcases were yellowed and stained. The bedcovers were looking threadbare.
