“Lovely cottage with awesome sounds of the river”

“The property definitely did not meet up to the representation on the VRBO website.We are a family who has been returning to Graeagle for over 70 years. And have rented many homes in that area. The house was filthy. The deck was filled with cobwebs, Pineneedles and broken decking. The bathrooms were filthy. The master bathroom shower was full of mold, mushrooms growing out of the woodwork. All of the kitchen cookware we tried to use, had never been washed before being put away. Filled with……

“The hosts were very responsive, the house was just as advertised, and everything worked out great. The Graeagle town amenities are close, and lots of ways to get into nature quickly, including a trail that starts just a few blocks from the house.”

“I think having the hot tub operate at a higher temperature would have been nice. The kitchen did not have a microwave or air fryer, so it was difficult to reheat food.”

“Wonderful cabin, less than 15 minutes from both Nevada City and Scott’s lake (walking). Coffee bar was a wonderful addition and the living space was well decorated and functional. Highly recommend”
