“I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this small apartment conveniently located in downtown Downieville. Great views of the town below and surrounding mountains. The lodging was very clean and comfortable with a quiet atmosphere conducive to relaxation. As previous reviewers have mentioned the driveway up to the house is very steep so make sure you have decent tires and put your car in low gear before heading up the road! I would be happy to stay here again next time I make it to Downieville.”

“I have never taken the time to leave a review, but our stay at Tara cabin was so special that I couldn't wait to tell all of you about it! Absolutely everything was perfect! As soon as you drive up you realize how special the place is. The cabin is absolutely adorable with cozy furnishings, a stocked kitchen and a gorgeous bathroom.
