“We arrived late to check in. Cabin was ready for us. It's a cute cabin and looked clean. When we woke up the next morning we noticed how many mouse dropping that we around the cabin.
Everywhere.
It was hard to enjoy the space after that. We packed up and left on Thanksgiving morning. We were due to checkout the next morning. ”

“I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this small apartment conveniently located in downtown Downieville. Great views of the town below and surrounding mountains. The lodging was very clean and comfortable with a quiet atmosphere conducive to relaxation. As previous reviewers have mentioned the driveway up to the house is very steep so make sure you have decent tires and put your car in low gear before heading up the road! I would be happy to stay here again next time I make it to Downieville.”

“The property definitely did not meet up to the representation on the VRBO website.We are a family who has been returning to Graeagle for over 70 years. And have rented many homes in that area. The house was filthy. The deck was filled with cobwebs, Pineneedles and broken decking. The bathrooms were filthy. The master bathroom shower was full of mold, mushrooms growing out of the woodwork. “Went for a weekend getaway and it was amazing. I always wanted to stay in a tiny home and this being my first one I stayed in, I wouldn’t change a single thing! The host was amazing and super communicative. Very nice! The place was cozy and had everything we needed. There was hot chocolate for those cold nights and plenty of food options nearby in downtown grass valley. We brought food back after exploring and the host had everything we needed for a good evening meal. The tv was a little small……
