“This place was disgusting. There were ants in the kitchen and the bathroom. Looked like it had not been deep cleaned in years. I went to use a washcloth and when I squeezed the water out of it the water I squeezed out was brown . The bed pillows were dirty and disgusting I could not use them. There was was no A/C in the bedroom.The lighting was awful. Spiders in multiple places.Broken tile soap/shampoo shelf broken and jagged, someone could cut themselves on it. Shower floor is slippery. “Our unit was as pictured online: basic efficiency with Murphy bed (low to the floor so not for elderly or persons that have difficulty standing up from low chairs /beds), decor in knotty pine cabin motiff. Pleasantly surprised to learn that there were kayaks available on property right next to lake shore that could be signed out for one hour at a time for no additional cost to guests. “The setting for the cabin was great…easily accessible to Henry Cowell state park and the downtown area of Felton. If you want a cabin feel in nature, this is your place. The cabin itself is rustic but has everything you need plus amenities like soap, shampoo, dish soap, coffee filters, etc. The cabin was very clean and it was nice to have a porch and a parking spot next to the cabin. The registration person was friendly and very accommodating. Our only concern was that our cabin futon could……
