“Hot tub was great, but not covered. That wast so convenient since it was snowing. Rooms are not renovated, but nicely decorated. Otherwise great pretty property that feels like you are in the alps. The ski storage is only open until 9 though so after hours you have to bring your ski gear back to the room.”

“Loved our stay here. It was very peaceful and the reception staff were very friendly. They were great with communication and instructions. We got to our cottage after hours and it was a smooth check-in with the instructions emailed to us. The cottage is very comfy and spacious.It was about a 10 min drive to everything like downtown Truckee and it said 15/20 min to Palisades Tahoe but felt like less. ”

“Our stay was good and it was very nice to be so close to Kings Beach. The only minor issue of the door code not working was solved immediately and otherwise had no issues. It was nice to find plenty of towels, some laundry soap to use and enough paper towels and toilet paper available in the place. The commuity pool was not crowded and the kids enjoyed using it.”

“My family and I stayed in the Regency Way house In January. It was our second time at this beautiful house. We liked everything about it. Definitely the location is the best with parks and attractions nearby. Spacious, modern furnished house with outstanding and jacuzzi. We really enjoyed time spent in this house. I rated house as four stars only for a couple things. Kitchen faucet is broken and needs to be repaired, no lights in refrigerator and some pots and pans needed to be replaced due to……

“Amazing view of the lake from the deck. Complex is in the hills. The unit is spacious, dated but comfortable. There was no coffee so we had to drive down to town in the morning. Geeke was communicative and helpful and check-in was easy. ”
