“The room was very clean and tastefully decorated. However, the staff at the reception were quite distant, whereas in a boutique hotel, a warmer and more welcoming attitude would be expected. “The house was very nice. I do think you may need to have a conversation with your cleaning crew. The lower level shower did not appear clean and had multiple pieces of hair attached to the walls of it. Additionally the floors had lots of “dust bunny’s” and hair. It seems as though they need to do a better job with the cleaning- this however is a reflection of the cleaning crew not the house and if I were the host I would want to know which is why I’m sharing with you. “Absolutely perfect spot and home. Close enough to everything one wants to be close to while being outside of the hustle and bustle. “This is a really lovely spot, spacious common area (kitchen & living room), and nice bedrooms with comfortable beds, and a fabulous location across from the beach. We were in town for a wedding & rented two units in the building for extended family, which worked out really well. Everything was as pictured; note is that one bedroom is only accessed through the bathroom or another bedroom, but that was not a problem for us. The host was easy to communicate with and very responsive to questions……

"Amazing service and beautiful grounds, but rooms need an update. The hotel environment is absolutely stunning, and the atmosphere is so relaxing. I also loved how functional and convenient the room amenities were—everything we needed was right there. However, I did notice that the facilities are getting a bit dated. If the hotel could invest in some modern upgrades, it would be a 10/10 experience! On a brighter note, the front desk staff were incredible. Their service was top-notch and made our stay truly special. My children and I had an unforgettable time here. Highly recommended for the service alone!"
