There is also free use of bikes which is great, as there is a cycle path stretching along the coast. Our apartment was very clean and comfortable, with a lovely large terrace and beautiful view. “Wir waren für eine Woche in der Unterkunft und haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Alberico hat es geschafft, den ursprünglichen Charakter dieses tollen Steinhauses zu bewahren. Trotzdem ist es mit allem ausgestattet, was man für den Urlaubsalltag benötigt. Besonders das Bad ist sehr gepflegt. Ein Highlight ist sicherlich die Terrasse, von der man einen beeindruckenden Ausblick auf die bewaldeten Berge des Umlandes hat. “There were 125 rather rough steps from the street to the front door of the apartment. It makes it difficult to bring up one carry on bag and a backpack if you are in the 65 age range. The steps are not well lighted in the evening. ”

“Camera spaziosa, pulita, calda con bagno grande e comodissimo, apprezzo il doccino alternativo al bidet. Comodo raggiungere il centro con l'autobus che ferma proprio sotto la struttura ma anche a piedi è una piacevole passeggiata. Parcheggio privato in cortile interno chiuso. Ho gradito anche la possibilità di utilizzare microonde, frigo e bollitore. Accoglienza cordiale e di massima disponibilità. ”

“We absolutely loved our stay in La Spezia! It was centrally located, easy to walk into town and catch the train to the surrounding area and towns of Le Cinque Terre. Daniela was an amazing host and had lots of great suggestions for sites to see on our trip! She helped us find a restaurant nearby on our first night in, and called us a taxi at checkout. Our room was very clean and comfortable, we had a beautiful view, it was perfect for our family. We’ll certainly be back!! Grazie mille Daniela! ”
