Descubra este precioso apartamento de diseño ubicado en pleno centro de Granada, a solo unos minutos a pie de los monumentos más emblemáticos de la ciudad. Amueblado con materiales de alta calidad, ofrece una estancia confortable, luminosa y perfecta para quienes desean disfrutar de Granada sin necesidad de transporte.

El apartamento destaca por contar con terraza en todas sus estancias, lo que garantiza una excelente entrada de luz natural. Se distribuye en:

- Un salón amplio y luminoso con zona de comedor para seis comensales.
- Cocina completamente equipada con todos los utensilios necesarios.
- Dos baños completos, ambos con bañera.
- Tres dormitorios: el principal con cama de matrimonio, y los otros dos con dos camas individuales cada uno.

Ubicado en una zona comercial y gastronómica de reconocido prestigio, el apartamento permite acceder caminando a la Catedral, la Capilla Real, la Alcaicería y muchos otros puntos de interés del centro histórico.

Nota: Para acceder al ascensor del edificio, es necesario subir dos tramos de aproximadamente 5 o 6 escalones.

La reserva de cada alojamiento de Genteel Home conlleva el ofrecimiento de experiencias o actividades extras para mejorar su estancia, las cuales son gestionadas por proveedores externos, que las pondrán en su conocimiento a través de e-mail o Whats App, pudiendo usted contratarlas o rechazarlas. Granada Central Apartment

For our first time in Spain, we couldn't have picked a better place! This apartment was close to everything: amazing coffee houses, restaurants, the cathedral, and shopping, not to mention plaza after plaza and two 5-star hotels! The hosts were sweet, answered questions promptly, and helped us immediately with a couple of things. The balconies were a highlight to get fresh air and sunshine! Everything worked well, the beds were so comfy. We felt completely safe and welcome in the neighborhood. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants a roomy and comfortable home away from home!

We were first given the wrong address. I had reached out to the company multiple times to confirm location and were to park a couple days before hand. Knowing with a family of 5 we would have lots of luggage and it was over 100 degrees. We finally asked a kind man to help us and called the number. A nice woman met us and took us to the property 5 blocks away. The address is wrong in Expedia. The electricity went out multiple times through the day and night causing our food to spoil and in a heat wave loosing ac was difficult through out the night as we try to sleep causing the refrigerator to beep all night. I am mad at myself and was warned in the reviews about the Colin Night Clib outside our window from midnight until 7 AM it is extremely loud. We were told by host it would be quiet in July since most people are away. It is not true. I truly regret booking this place.

Spring Break In Granada

This property is exactly what you see online and better! Marta met us on our first day and reviewed some regulations and the key return process. I traveled with my two sisters-in-law and the apartment was spacious enough for us to have our own privacy when needed and common space to have breakfast or relax at the end of a day of walking. This apartment is in an ideal location. It is close to everything you want to see in Granada: the Albaicin neighborhood, live gipsy shows, the cathedral and many restaurants and cafes. The Ahlambra is also very close and is walkable if you don't mind going uphill. Overall, our stay was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this property.

RECOMMEND - location, accomodations, comfort

I've visited Granada 7 times, and its a place I can never get enough of, and where I'm hoping to semi-retire in the next 12 mos. So when I decided to visit my niece in Amsterdam, I also asked her if she wanted to see a few of my favorite cities in Spain - for which Granada one my favorite one to share with her. As I was booking flats in each city, I had a few mandatory needs: 2+ bedrooms, 2+ bathrooms, one of the bedrooms had to have an ensuite bathroom; a full kitchen; lots of light; great, central downtown location, near public transport and markets; balcony or patio (outdoor space); elevator; good security; wifi; laundry; comfort. This place hit all the marks, and it was very comfortable. I will absolutely consider renting this place again. There were 2 things that were an issue, which are easily addressed by the property management/owner: 1. There were some things in disrepair - a couple of the blinds in the windows didn't work, so either you had to have them completely up or completely down, defeating the requirement of lots of natural light. There was also a cracked/broken handle to the laundry from the kitchen. 2. The power kept going out due to I did call the management, and they sent over a guy, but he was unable to fix or address any of the issues. Said they would need more time and the right worker to come fix these things. But all in all, I highly recommend!

Lovely sized property. Great amenities. The apartment easily catered for access to everything Granada has to offer, and allowed us to unwind and relax after a day of sightseeing. A word of warning for those with young families or are light sleepers… you’re in a city centre so there is constant hustle and bustle from local bars and restaurants and night clubs throughout the week.

Super convenient location and very nice apartment. Loved the city everything convenient from the apartment. The only problem is there is a nightclub 50 yards from apartment and noise goes on to 5 am to 7 am nightly. If that isn’t a problem then all good.

Great location, spacious apartment

This is a lovely flat in the heart of Granada, conveniently located for everything. We had a wonderful time here and highly recommend. Only slight issue is that on Fri and Sat nights there is a pumping nightclub nearby. The other nights are fine, and it still didn’t diminish our enjoyment of the flat overall.

Amazing Apartment

I highly recommend this apartment if you plan to stay in Granada. The location is central to everything- the cathedral is close by and the buses leading to the Alhambra are around the corner. It was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Our teens said it was the best place we stayed during our 2 week vacation in Spain. The check-in was easy and they were very accommodating when we arrived later than expected. We would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Granada!

Excellent apartment in perfect location

This apartment was perfect. Very lovely and comfortable. It is in the perfect location. Very close to the cathedral and a 5-10 min beautiful walk to Albaicín. Everything is very walkable from here. Groceries very close by, as well as a bakery and coffee! Many good eating spots easy walk nearby. We loved Carmella’s! Check in and out was very easy and accommodating. Loved it so much that I booked it again for another visit at the end of May!
