“I enjoyed the breakfast; it was well prepared and offered good variety. The rooms were clean and comfortable, which I appreciated. However, despite booking a non‑smoking room, there was a strong smell of smoke throughout the stay. Additionally, the staff did not greet or engage with guests, which affected the overall experience. Addressing these issues would greatly improve guest satisfaction.”
