The beds were good to sleep in. The fridge had a broken handle, nowhere to put the towels, the whole place was in disrepair.

The staff, lobby, room and bathroom were very nice and clean! The bathroom was shiny and spotless

The room was nice but freezing no heat on when we first arrived. No shower in the morning couldn't get the water on.

Loved the complimentary coffee. I think your lounge shoudl have a grouping of sofa and chairs surrounding that large tv screen over the fire place. It is just one tiny love seat. Add pillows. Make it more welcoming. Rearrange the room a bit to accommodate the two chairs at least that sit across from ...

I booked the 2 bedroom apartment. It was super cute and spacious. It was very clean and they came to clean it while we were out. Very close to Hershey Park and other landmarks. I had a really late check-in and they made it very easy. I would definitely come back.
