“Lovely, exactly like the pictures. ”

“The house was perfect for our Anniversary weekend. Only a few minutes from downtown. The hot tub was a great way to wind down every night.”

“Super cute, cozy rental in a great location! It was clean, comfortable, and close to everything we wanted to do. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be coming back soon.”

“Nice little condo. The hot tub was clean and hot, everything was nice. ”

“Overall clean for the most part. Several areas had not been swept. Under kitchen table, under table in bedroom. Description wasn't completely accurate. Had no clue there was a daybed that slept 2 outside the master bedroom. Water pressure was not great in shower. All glass wear or what appeared to be glass wear For wine or cocktails are plastic & disfigured from dishwasher. Easy to find & access through digital key pad entry. Ask for a late checkout ,they gave us an extra hour & cleaning lady……

“It was such a cozy little place! Beautifully decorated, fully stocked with all we needed, and a quiet and relaxing space. We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to be back next year - or as soon as we can!”

“Great place to stay a few minutes from the downtown area, on the way to Luckenbauch. Clean and easy!”

“We enjoyed our stay very much. It was clean, quiet, and close to downtown. We would recommend it for anyone wanting to spend a few days in Fredericksburg.”

“The property description indicated 2 sofa beds. This was incorrect. The twin bed described was a cot. Could not find linens for the cot. Smoke detector in hallway alarms. Dead electrical plugs throughout.”

“Lovely place to stay!”

“The place was awesome. Great location, excellent amenities, and easy to go in and out of.”

“Nice place. Very clean. Perfect for what we needed.”

“Wonderful bed, clean as expected, great location walking distance to everything.”

“Hello! We enjoyed our stay but feel you should know that both showers drain extremely slow and fill up shortly after turning the water on. A plumber should be called to inspect further. The front door is missing a piece on the inside door frame by the dead bolt making it appear someone could easily break in or possible has tried to in the past. This should be addressed as well. Otherwise, the place is nicely decorated and conveniently located.”

“Absolute fabulous b&b! One of the most beautiful we’ve stayed at. Easy check-in, perfectly clean. Great location- in the middle of shopping and restaurants.”

“This property was beautiful and had an amazing location right on Main Street. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Fredericksburg.”
