"After the warm welcome, we were shown to our room and all the room facilities were explained properly. The property has so much fascinating history and the current owners have gone thru great lengths to keep it all in the best conditions. We loved the breakfast with a great choice. No one is leaving here hungry! "

"This was a fabulous experience to stay at Florence Nightingale’s summer home. A most beautiful and historic house in its own grounds ( Nightingale Park) and a delightful family home. We were made most welcome and enjoyed our stay very much."

"Paul and Sophie were absolutely wonderful!
The room was charming, comfortable, quiet, and close to our event.
And the made-to-order breakfasts were fantastic. A great start to the day.

"A great stay at the Robin Hood B&B. The owners were very friendly and the check in and check out process were very easy. The breakfast was all home cooked and had great variety for a small B&B. We used it as a base for exploring local walks and Bakewell and it was very easy to get around. Overall I would recommend staying here!"

"We stayed at Ensana Buxton Crescent and found it to be a luxurious spa retreat in a beautifully restored Georgian building. The rooms were elegant and comfortable, with period features, plush beds, and freestanding baths that made us feel pampered.
The spa was the highlight—complete with a rooftop pool, relaxation pool, saunas, steam rooms, and thermal baths filled daily with Buxton’s natural spring water. The experience was deeply restorative and left us feeling refreshed.
We appreciated the central location, which made it easy to explore Buxton and the nearby Peak District.
Everything felt clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The overall experience was smooth and satisfying.
Ensana Buxton Crescent gave us a memorable blend of heritage, wellness, and relaxation."
"A great place for an overnight journey break, excellent breakfast and friendly staff. Room was a little dated but clean and in keeping with the style you’d expect of the period. The EV chargers were easy to use and worked without issue. Just wish we could have spent some more time there to explore."
