Perfectly serviceable and close to the Greensboro Aquatic Center. The fitness center had nonworking machines and no free weights. All food is served on plastic plates and hot drinks are in styrofoam cups. The hotel had that unique well worn smell of laundry and mustiness. The staff was lovely though.

Do not stay here, read the reviews. It is so filthy, old and in disrepair. The staff was nice and helpful, that was the only good thing. Plenty of other nice hotels nearby. Thankfully they did refund the remaining nights we booked.

Heat didnt work in 1st room. Was given another room, so thankful for that service. Both rooms were dirty though, wallpaper peeling, hair in tub, burn marks on furniture, no telephone in room, lock broken on door. WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN, and I'm not picky. Trust me!!! You don't wanna stay here!!!!

I liked the fact it had both microwave and refrigerator. The cost was good for reviews, but the actual hotel fail well below expectations. Torn curtains,busted paint everywhere, dark spots in linen, not properly cleaned

We had to ask if the room had been cleaned before we checked in. There was trash left from previous occupant that was never picked up. We left it to see if they would. Nope. Sheets were changed the night we checked in because we asked. They never changed them again the whole time we stayed. Only got towels replaced once during our stay. We stayed five nights. The wallpaper was coming off the walls. Carpet was pulled away from the wall. Carpet was very dirty and made the bottom of our shoes black. We bought cleaner to clean the room ourselves because it was gross.
