This booking should have been cancelled and credited or refunded. I am waiting for this to happen. I did not check in. My money was stolen by unscrupulous business practices that to not care a whit about customers.

Filthy room carpet. Bathroom shower grouting old and stained. Room and exterior doors old and worn. Overall facility not inviting and looks like Ramada hasnt been upgraded since 1970s.
