"The room was excellent, great corner view, it was clean, the hotel was beautiful. Everyone was very friendly. We only had one issue when I called after we left because we were charged more than what we should have been based on the Expedia price. The lady that answered the phone was yawning and cut me off and said the price changed, can you call back I have a line of people… I did tell her no and asked to be transferred to a manager or a customer service number something.. She transferred me and the lady was really nice and explained it was for cleaning/damages if there were any and if not it would be crested back. We might have been told that during check in but we were laughing and joking with the staff during check in. All in all that would not stop me from staying there again. All the other staff were amazing! Plus it was a easy walk to Ford Field."

"We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Siren. The hotel is beautifully decorated, and the staff was so friendly and helpful. We were prepared to not have refrigeration in our room, but one night we accidentally over ordered some take out. I called down to the front desk to see if there was *anything* we could do to hang onto our leftovers and they BROUGHT US A MINI FRIDGE! Really excellent service."
