Stay comfortably in Grover Beach at this 3-bedroom house. With 1 king bed and 2 queen beds all with premium cotton linens and memory foam mattresses, guests can relax and enjoy all the comforts of home. Enjoy the convenience of a full kitchen, large dining table and upstairs living room with ocean views to create the perfect base for groups. Enjoy the ultimate relaxation in our outdoor space with a brand new hot tub and fire pit. Perfect for families or groups of friends looking to enjoy all the Central Coast has to offer. The 3 full bathrooms offer showers, 1 bathtub and amenities such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryers and towels. A dining/living room space on the 1st floor can be converted to a sleeping space with a queen memory foam sofa bed and an additional Murphy bed in the upstairs living room provides another space for guests to sleep. This is a family home in a family friendly neighborhood. All guests must adhere to our policies and are responsible for any damage to the property.
Hot tub rules are listed in our house manual. Failure to comply resulting in a necessary deep cleaning will be charged at $250.
A maximum of 2 pets are allowed but will be charged at $50 per stay and pet owners are responsible for any damage occurred by the pet.

My husband & I rented the house for 4 days with our so, daughter-in-law, daughter & 5 grandchildren along with our son’s dog. We had a great & comfortable stay while attending our nieces wedding for 4 days. The house was well equipped & comfortable. We had extended family over for a visit & lunch.
