Great old colonial hotel
This is the kind of hotel I look for--something old with beautiful architecture, high ceilings, tile floors. The breakfast was great. Service was fine. Furniture a little down at the heels but who cares. Just a lovely place!

Beautiful!!
Facilities were beautiful and well maintained. Rooms are well appointed, lovely original artwork throughout. There are plenty of comfy, secluded spots to just “relax”, would’ve loved to have stayed an extra night just to take some down time to enjoy the peacefulness of this lovely property. This hotel is a sanctuary! Staff was helpful, courteous and went the extra mile to accommodate any request. Breakfast was table service with limited menu, but very good! Would definitely return! Located in a residential area, just a block away from businesses and on the edge of the centro histórico district.
