The area had too much homeless, bad smell and very dirty. The hotel itself was clean and nice staff. Although our room was given away and had to settle for a room in the corner.

No hotel parking only valet available, and you need to request for your vehicle with at least a 30 minute window prior. No room service , there is a restaurant on the 7th floor but they don’t offer room service and it is on the pricey side. In the night the sidewalks around the property is full of homeless people sleeping in the sidewalk. Rooms are very small and the view from terrace is limited.

Very conveniently located in the historic center of Guadalajara. Lots to see and eat nearby which is one of the reasons to stay here.

The entrance is facing the park and having to walk around the corner to meet our transportation to the airport at 3:30 am and all those people sleeping on the sidewalk made us feel a little insecure, nothing happened but is not a good feeling.

Sera un problema para nuestra familia para hospedarnos ahi porque somos 9 y viajamos con una cantidad buena de maletas,pienso que deveria de haber alguien con algunos carritos para poder bajar del taxi y no batallar en llevar nuestro equipaje al hotel…en esta ocacion solo viajamos mi esposo y yo y solo trajimos una maleta y no fue tan complicado. El hotel esta muy bonito lastima que este rodeado de mucho indigente durmiendo serca Estuvimos muy agusto en el cuarto,solo que notamos al llegar a la habitación que justo enfrente de la entrada dejaron una tasa y cubiertos sucios ,salimos al dia siguiente y ahi continuo ,se veía muy desagradable

This would be an excellent property to stay at except for all the homeless people lying around and pestering you for a handout. The staff was very helpful and the property is very well maintained. It is perfectly located to walk around and see several of the local landmarks. You just need to know that there is that homelessness factor that would surprise the average traveler. I do recommend the hotel, just be aware.

There was a lot of homeless sleeping around the hotel. The first night we were there, there was a fight at the corner. I believe there was lots of homeless since it was raining. Staff needs to have a better attitude. I asked for my room only for the trash to be taking out and extra towels and it never happen. My room was small. I felt claustrophobic. When I open my room the door would hit the bed.
