We had a problem with our room. Our bed had bed bugs. It was horrible, I was bitten all over. They said they couldn’t return all our money back because they couldn’t resale the room.

Liked: Staff & service
Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
Located in a very good area in downtown. Unfortunately, rooms are way too small, sheets and towels are run down. Hallway smells like humidity. But the staff are very nice and helpful and the breakfast was good.
I know Guadalajara well and the location is fantastic but the smell of the hallways and the rooms ( we were moved twice) itself was terrible. I got a sinus infection (got home last night and went to urgent care this morning). Smell was like a bucket of old greasy and dirty pile of water with the mop sitting for months…that’s how bad the smell was, especially in our room. The breakfast buffet wasn’t even edible, it taste like the dirty pile of water; finding out from one of the employees that the eggs are from can and the refried beans are from imitation powdered beans (I am Latina and never heard of this), nasty. The facility only gives two bottles of water upon arrival and you’re on your own regarding water. The bath towels are old and stained; the bed skirt had a white/yellowish hard dipped stains on it. You can imagine what that’s from…! The curtains were ripped and not attacked to the curtain rod and the sliding door wasn’t secured, it was broken. The bathroom sink was clogged. I did bring this up to management but nothing was done…disgusting, that’s all I can say!!! I hope to get a total refund on this uncomfortable conditions. Now, I have this sinus infection which I was diagnosed with and need to take medication for several days.
