This first-floor condo near the beach with access to a shared pool is simply perfect for any kind of vacation; whether you’re traveling with kids, friends, or as a couple, this condo is the answer for you!

Spend lazy evenings enjoying the refreshing breeze on our private patio, which is also complete with a convenient outdoor dining area to enjoy your meals al fresco and a porch swing. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and cookware needed to treat your guests and yourself to mouth-watering meals and beach snacks during your stay!

THINGS TO KNOW
Please note that Gulf Village is undergoing construction. They are repairing structural damage from the hurricane, which includes drilling into concrete and painting, and workers may need access to the balconies, which means views may be blocked by the workers/equipment. This will not affect the availability of the pool, however, it may affect other amenities, and certain areas may be blocked off and re-routed if needed. This vacation rental is located in the middle building, and parking is currently not available underneath the building due to construction. Parking is provided underneath the high-rise building.
Please note that Gulf Village has routine pest control on the fourth Thursday of each month.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 1.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
