The living area offers a queen sleeper sofa and a large flat-screen television. The dining room table seats six . The fully-equipped kitchen features beautiful wood cabinetry and and granite countertops. The primary suite has a King size bed flat screen television and access to the gulf front balcony and a private bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen bed flat screen television and access to the 2nd bathroom which also has an entry off the hallway. This condo offers internet access and a full sized washer and dryer. The balcony has an outdoor table and chair set for five to enjoy the gorgeous gulf front views! This is a non-smoking property. You must be 25 years of age or older to rent. No pets are permitted.

As of June 26, 2025, both elevators at Crystal Shores West are up and running, but intermittent outages may occur in one (1) elevator at a time as repairs are finalized.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.
