You will not believe the SPECTACULAR views from this Beach Front Paradise located directly on the Gulf of Mexico with a boardwalk, directly behind the house, for easy access to the beautiful white sandy beaches.

Deja View is perfect for large family gatherings with 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and 2 half baths. The large open floor plan, glass front elevator, and picturesque views are just a few of the many reasons why this vacation home has been a favorite for so many!!!!

There are 3 bedrooms with king beds, luxury bedding, each with their own private bath and new flat screen LCD 42" TV!!! 1 bunk room with 1 twin over twin and one full over full bunk beds and private bath, and one bonus rooftop loft bedroom with a queen 18” mattress, 50” LCD TV and its own private living area & bathroom.
Unbelievable huge rooftop deck with chaise loungers, picnic table, bar, wet bar for special evenings watching the sunsets.

The living room, w/Queen sleeper sofa and dining room are open to the large kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, wine cooler and huge breakfast bar that can seat 8! Right off the living room is a huge covered balcony overlooking the white sand, blue water, dolphins and amazing sunsets!!!!
Our new Outdoor Beach Bar w/gas grill, 50” tv to enjoy the football games, commercial ice maker and extra fridge, make this outdoor entertaining area a favorite for family gatherings!

Best family week!
We had 16 family members stay here with plenty of room! 6 grands who have never been to the beach, they loved the bunk room! Views from the decks were amazing! Our young adult girls loved the loft and were happy to have a little get away from the madness of 6 littles in the house. So many memories were made. A very quiet part of the beach so it felt like it was all ours. We are very sad our week is over but so happy to have all the memories. Dana was very fast to respond to any messages we sent her. Book the trip, make the memories, you won't regret it!

Views from top balcony are amazing!! Overall experience was pleasant. We did have issues with elevator at times but able to fix with instructions from property owner. So many stairs when elevator not working or someone forgot to close the door for elevator to be used. Ice machines were not the greatest, was really looking forward to having our own big ice machine but it didn’t work properly the first couple of days and by the time it did, didn’t produce much. Beach access was convenient and able to leave stuff down at the beach with no worries of it being messed with. Also really enjoyed not having big crowds around us!! The loft on the roof was nice for the teenagers that went with us who enjoyed having their own space!

Amazingly peaceful!
We have been vacationing on the gulf for over 40 years and this was our favorite so far! For our group of 8, kids/ grandkids it was perfect! ( we used the loft room for gaming and reading,perfect bonus for us) The house was amazing! Comfortable, well stocked kitchen,games,beach chairs and toys. The Beach access was such a plus. We have grown tired of all the crowds and this area is heavenly, more wildlife, gorgeous unobstructed views…peaceful! We really enjoyed the rooftop deck for stargazing! The stars were brilliant because…no surrounding condos and lights!! Thanks to the wonderful hosts who responded to any messages very quickly! We will definitely be back!!

Great Property. Fantastic Location!!
So impressed with this property and it’s owners. The house is beautiful and served all of our needs. The bedrooms are very large and the kitchen is well stocked for preparing meals. The owners quickly responded to a housekeeping issue upon arrival and the matter was resolved within hours. I will certainly keep this property as a favorite for future vacations.

Beautiful view and location!
Beautiful views! Easily accessible to the beach. All of the patio furniture was superb. The opening living room and kitchen furniture was clean and nice shape. We were steps away from the beach which made it awesome with our little ones. We could make several trips to the house while the rest of us stayed on the beach. The kitchen was full of amenities. The 2nd refrigerator and ice maker downstairs was a bonus.

House needs major attention!
I have went back and forth about giving a review or not since the property owner/manager just accuses everyone that leaves a bad review a liar. We made the best of our trip but the house has obviously been damaged by a hurricane and not repaired the way it needs to be repaired. The decks are very unsafe! We couldn’t all sit out there because it was so cracked and leaning. The house looks like it’s leaning. The pictures online are clearly before it was impacted by a hurricane. Most of the blinds were still broken, glass in a window seal, one of the king beds was broken, all 3 pull out beds were broken, a living room chair arm was broken, the oven doors won’t close all the way, kitchen cabinets won’t close, no ice maker, pots and pans need thrown away, lights in the 2nd floor bathroom and the loft bathroom didn’t work, dangerous concrete block steps to access the beach, huge rats running around under the house in the parking area. The elevator wouldn’t go to the roof top, even with no one on it. The 2 gate codes we were given never worked. We would have to ask someone nearby what the code was. I could go on and on. The city needs to condemn this property until it gets fixed properly. The neighbor even agreed that it needs fixed and that they hear a lot of complaints from renters of this home. We have stayed in several vacation rental houses and have never seen a house in this bad of shape. For the price of this rental, it needs some major improvements! We will not recommend this property to anyone.

Renters be aware! When we arrived at this home we found so many things wrong which I will list below: Elevator not working Outside stair railing to the front door was barely attached, if you had to hold onto it, it would have fallen off the staircase No ice maker in this home, even though in the rental notes it stated there was one. Sink in the 1/2 bath off of the kitchen, was falling off of the wall. I called the owner about the danger of this and how my grandson had grabbed the sink basin and I was afraid the sink would fall off the wall and he could be seriously hurt. His reply to me was “ Why would the kid be pulling on the sink anyway “. he was trying to wash his hands before dinner! There were no towels or places to hang a towel in this bathroom! We had to hang the hand towels on the toilet paper holder, also the toilet was leaking on the floor. Sofa beds were broken, also the arm of an oversized chair was broken and being held onto the chair by a denim slipcover. Moving on to the loft area. Spiral stair case was broken at the upper railing going out onto the rooftop, along with the outside door being broken and the wooden railing going into the loft, the doorknob was barely hanging on! Mold on several of the vents in the den area and also bedrooms The worst part of the home was that we noticed standing outside facing the back of the house that there were several wide cracks - One on the upper deck and one on the lower deck. While we were standing there trying to see if the decks were safe for anyone to be on, a gentleman came by and stated that he did not think the house was safe to stay in and we might want to call someone to take a look at the home - he worked in construction. Also a neighbor stated that this house was known to have continuous problems since the last Hurricane. Dalton Hart, Baldwin county inspector came and looked at the property to see what needed to be done. Long story short. The construction workers boarded up our balconies and we were told by the owner that we could stay or leave. This was our 1 x a year family vacation, our children and entire family had taken off work and planned on this trip since our last beach trip. We made the best of it But were highly disappointed in the owner and this rental home. We will not rent from this owner again!

Fantastic location right on the beach with amazing views. Loved being close to Gulf Shores and all of the action, but far enough away to have a portion of the beach to ourselves. Property does need a little updating, but the owner was great to work with on any issues we had.

We rented this house for a family vacation to include 4 adult couples, and kids aged 8 months-18. The kitchen/living area was very spacious and comfortable for everyone to hang out and every room having its own bathroom was very nice. Balcony spaces and rooftop had beautiful views. Short walk to the beach and pools. The only thing I would specify is the fourth bedroom (with loft bed) is separate from the house on the rooftop, which made it difficult having a young child asleep early but not able to be left alone in this separate room.

Needs attention
Upon arrival we noticed that there was trash and broken glass around the property. Upon entering we noticed that it was not clean there was mold in the showers dishes were dirty. We had trouble with the elevator from the beginning and had to carry everything up the stairs. Listing stated that there are speakers on every level but most of the speakers do not work or are blown. The spiral staircase leading to the 4th floor is coming apart and missing bolts. We were able to get the elevator to work but then on Saturday the elevator while being taken up with 2 people started to shake then lost pressure and slowly fell trapping them in between floors. I contacted the home owner and let him know of the problem and let him know we really needed it fixed because my elderly mother in law was coming and would not be able to climb the stairs. He replied and said he would have service come and no one ever came and I contacted him several hours later and he said he was still waiting to hear from service and never contacted me again. There are a lot of things; from broken lighting, unfinished trimming as well as fit and finish, stereo system, toilet seats, cabinet doors that don’t close, mold in shower, elevator that need to be fixed along with treatment for pests. For the amount of money I paid to rent this beach house I was extremely disappointed with the condition of the home.

Nice Property
The house was very nice. It had steep stairs to each floor so fortunately the elevator worked. A toilet was stopped up but maintenance quickly fixed that. The top oven did not heat up and the ice maker in the refrigerator didn't work. View was beautiful. Beach was not crowded. Only problem was the beach walkway. I assumed it would be in front of the property so I could come out the house and walk directly down to the beach but it was not. Property is in a gated community and there is one beach walkway for the entire area in the middle of the beachfront houses. The walk in front of the houses to the beach walkway is on a solid wooden like surface (not sand). This house is at one end of the beachfront houses. It is a very long walk to the beach walkway and then back down the beach to in front of this house. We enjoyed our stay but the owner should indicate the beach walkway is not front of this house. I would not rent this property again.

The house is right on the beach. The view is amazing. The house has a good layout. Space to be together and space to get away. Multiple porches are awesome. I am pretty sure the cleaning crew didn’t make it before we checked in but the view and location made up for it.

Very private, not crowded beach
This is the perfect place to stay if you want to stay on the beach and “be away from the crowd”. You do have to drive a little bit to get to a grocery store. As much as we cooked, we could have used a few more pots and pans, but it wasn’t a big deal. You can tell where some remodeling has been going on. I understand everything is a work in progress when you’re trying to update or fix anything between guests. We had a house full and everyone really enjoyed it. The loft is sort of separate from the rest of the house. You have to take about 2 steps on the roof deck to get to it. It’s really prefect for teenagers or someone who likes a little extra privacy but still be with the family. Overall I’d give this a 4.9 out of 5. I believe we would visit again one day. It’s one of the best beach houses we have stayed at that accommodated our entire family.

Check in and out was great. Beach is amazing and even though it’s pretty far from most restaurants and stores it’s worth the drive. Could have been a little cleaner. The sleeping arrangements were not exactly what we had thought but we made it work. The daybed is in a hallway.

Amazing house and location
One of the nicest properties I’ve ever rented. It was perfect for our extended friends and family vacation. The private beach was just steps away and the view of it from every floor of the house was amazing. The interior was tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture and artwork throughout. The bunk bed room was fun for the little ones while the loft room on the roof was perfect for the teens. Some of our other friends have already asked us for this listing link for future bookings. I’m definitely coming back!

We absolutely loved this beach house ! Plenty of space for a large group , each bedroom had full baths , and the view from the rooftop was breathtaking. Communication with the owner was great , and she always responded quickly. We will most definitely book again!

Review of our stay
The main reason we rented this house was for the elevator and when we arrived the elevator was not working. We had to carry my handicapped mother-in-law up 2 flights of stairs. The house was not exceptionally cleaned. There was plenty of sand on the stair cases and the bathrooms were not cleaned very well. When the elevator man came out he was very rude. The house did have a very nice top deck but the elevator man suggested we not use it to go to the 4th floor, therefore it inhibited my mother-in-law from enjoying the view. All the tubs drained so slow you were in ankle deep water taking a shower. The water pressure in the showers were very low. The one great thing was the location was fantastic.

Beautiful house, great stay!
Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay at Deja View! The house was more than enough space for our group of 7, and we loved that each couple had our own bedroom with attached bathroom. We started each morning with breakfast on the deck off the kitchen, and had dinners on the rooftop deck. More than once the dolphins put on a spectacular show for us! The kids loved the community pool, the elevator was nice for getting groceries and luggage (and grandma!) in and out, and of course the location directly on the beach can't be beat. The property was clean and owners were very responsive before and throughout our stay. Would definitely stay again!

Great location, but TLC is needed to bring this property up to par...
To be fair, I'll need to break this down. First, the location is killer. The views from the several balconies is simply fantastic. The spaciousness of the three levels and the roof top area...wow! And the proximity to the beach was a blessing. Now for the downside. We booked the property, mostly for the fact that it had an elevator. My octogenarian mom has trouble with stairs. Upon arrival, we found out that the elevator was in fact broken and would not be fixed during our stay (Thanksgiving holiday). This made it very difficult for her. We were not informed of this prior to arrival. Another issue we had was with a strong mold/mildew smell on the second level. A essential oil diffuser was used to help mask the smell, but some serious attention needs to be given to this. Also needing to be addressed is the cleanliness of the house. I'm not sure the service being used to clean, but point blank, they are not cleaning. When we walked in, there were several dead roaches (I'm glad that they were dead), pretty much everything was dusty, carpets were stained, window blinds and shower curtains had mold, and in several places, walls had residue of spilled...something. The sheets were clean, and the beds were comfortable, however, the rest of the furniture needs updating. Some of the chairs on the deck were broken, one chair in the main living room was ripped, and again, stains on the couch. The small appliances also need to be updated (not working) and attention needs to be given to the two ovens (doors don't close properly). The TV was not in working order when we arrived, however, after I contacted the management company and dish company, that issue was resolved. One positive was the small apartment on the roof top. My nephew enjoyed having his own space! Again, let me say that with some significant TLC, this place has the potential to be spectacular. Communication with the property manager was great. That being said, my hope is that they visit the property soon, acknowledge the issues and resolve them quickly. The most disappointing thing for me was the broken elevator. This certainly affected my mom's ability to enjoy her trip. And, please...get a new cleaning service. With that being said, the time spent together with family was invaluable...dirt, broken appliances, smell and all.
