Featuring a rustic coastal theme, “Latitude Adjustment” provides a palette of cool, coastal colors to enhance anyone’s mood. While sitting alongside the hand-crafted bar, take a second to enjoy your favorite appetizer and beverage before venturing out to your favorite local restaurant. If you decide to stay in for the evening, remember at “Latitude Adjustment,” as noted from the “5 O'clock Somewhere” clock at the bar, that time stands still, and merriment abounds! Allow the cheerfulness and liveliness of the decor to become a state of mind during your stay at the Dunes 307.

The King sized bed is decorated in tropical prints. There is a master bathroom for your convenience. Down the hall you will find a set of bunk beds in the hallway, another bathroom, and a full-sized washer and dryer. The condo also features a living room, dining area, and full kitchen with microwave. Bring your k-cups to enjoy the Keurig as well as the automatic drip coffee maker. The 2019 updates include new bamboo flooring, new light fixtures and fresh paint as well as new dishes, silverware, pots and pans, a crock-pot, new stock pot, blender, and every appliance you might need to prepare a meal for your family.

This condo does have internet access. Watch the sun rise over the Gulf of Mexico as you sip your morning coffee on the balcony, planning your day's adventures then watch the sunset over Fort Morgan as you enjoy your evening cocktail, relaxing after an action packed, sun-filled day. Make this a vacation you will never forget.

Bring your bicycles to ride in our gated neighborhood or make the 1-mile trip to historic Fort Morgan. The Dauphin Island Sea Lab and Estuarium (featuring large aquariums filled with native sea life) is a short ferry ride away and is a favorite for children. The excitement of Gulf Shores including The Wharf, Waterville, a zoo, the Hangout, and outlet shopping are just up the road. The outdoor enthusiast will love the proximity to golfing, charter fishing and shrimping, kayaking, paddle boarding, jet skiing, nature trails and of course swimming!

Quiet paradise
I have wintered in the south off and on for over 20 years. Florida, Mississippi, Texas, Louisiana and ALWAYS return to Alabama. I have enjoyed the years of excitement, fun, crowds and shopping of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach and for the first time tried the solitude of Fort Morgan. I will be returning to this area until I am no longer able to travel or I run out of money. Whichever comes first. I love it.

Fantastic Stay!
The condo was very clean and well-maintained, it was the perfect size for two! The full kitchen had everything we needed and washer and dryer were even nicer than what I have at home lol. The location was very quiet and the beach very relaxing and felt secluded and private with only a couple other families during our stay. We could both walk and drive to the beach, which was nice if we wanted to bring a lot of things with us. The staff was always available and super courteous. We loved eating breakfast out on the balcony, it was a gorgeous view of the beach and Sand island lighthouse! The guest book was a super sweet touch, and we hope to stay again in the future.

Unit exactly as portrayed. Gorgeous. Access to beach not described well in description. Bed could use a memory foam topper. An extra garbage bag would have been great. Like 1 for each night rented. Same for dishwasher tablet. Indoor/outdoor pool and the hottub were fabulous and much appreciated. Loved the slow paced, less crowdedarea.

The condo was very clean, the mattress was hard and uncomfortable and the sheets were old. Check in is not until 4 and construction crews took most of the spots until 5. They also begin work very early so be aware. I was looking for a quick get away and went ahead with the rental even though the fees more than doubled my cost. Check your fees and Total before you sign the contract. We have had better luck before in Ft Morgan we just might choose a different company.

We stay at the Dunes properties relatively often. We love Ft. Morgan beach. This condo was the best stocked that we have had the pleasure of renting. The decor was also very cute and set the vacation mode for sure. We will definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises!

Spur of the moment!
We made a spur of the moment trip to Fort Morgan and do not regret it! We booked the condo and drove down the next day. We couldn’t have been happier with the condo. Everything was as described and cute and quaint!! And clean!! It was very clean! We would for sure stay here again!

Peace and quiet.
We were in the area looking for a home and the location provided for a quiet place to discuss business. The Blue Angel's were an added bonus to morning coffee on the balcony. You will need supplies as there is no coffee or extra toilet paper so come prepared. It was a lovely stay and Dollar General is not to far away.

The mastered had 11 decorator pillows without a place to put them while sleeping, IF you could sleep! The mattress was like a rock! Too many decorations on every piece of furniture. Dishes for at least 25 people left the renter with no place to put food. There were no cleaning supplies at all! In this time of Covid, that's crazy. Very nice TV, dining table and patio. The couch was horrible to sit on, didn't use for sleeping. Be sure to pack all paper products(toilet etc.) as there are no extras. The beach was not far and was beautiful. The pool was great but not heated. It was very secluded. with a lovely view. COULD have been great with a few upgrades. Service from the property management was wonderful, when we had a problem they were right on it!!

We loved the condo everything but the master bed. It was rock hard and made for a terrible week of sleep. On a plus note the living room furniture was gray the bunks were good and the outside patio furniture was beautiful and super comfy to chill out and drink coffee and read.

Alabama getaway!!!!
If you want a pristine Gulf of Mexico get away, this is the place for you! No crowds, no traffic. ( this time of year ). Must Do; explore Fort Morgan, take the ferry to Dauphin Island and Visit the Sea lab, enjoy the beautiful sunsets at Tacky Jacks while drinking a Bushwacker !!! Enjoy a great meal at the Sassy Bass!!!

Family oriented beach vacation
I originally thought this was a beach "house" It ended up being a condo on the third floor. I thought I would be disappointed, but after staying the first night, all disappointment erased. The condo was clean, cool and convenient. The laundry facility, IN the condo, was a definite bonus. The kitchen too ! I appreciate the fact that we were told in advance where the grocery stores were. We stopped and got groceries before driving out to Ft Morgan. We were apprehensive about the tropical depression, that had just swept through the coast. I had called the property manager twice in the week proceeding our vacation, expressing my concerns. I was assured, they were only expecting rain, no storm surge and no damages. I am glad we did not cancel our trip. This was by far, one of the best beach vacations we've experienced. We noticed that other families, just brought their beach chairs, canopy's and beach toys and just left them for the next day. No one messed with other people's belongings. Nobody tried to "take your spot" either. It made it super convenient to just set up and not have to worry about anyone taking anything. I even noticed some beach goers, moving some things back for complete strangers, as the tide started coming back in. Just being watchful and considerate. You pretty much end up with the same "neighbors" by the water all week. Everyone was kind and really friendly. It made for a very relaxing, stress free, much needed vacation.
