Regency Isle 411 is a 2 bedroom, 2.5 baths condo with amazing views of the Gulf from the 4th floor.

• Access to the oversized balcony is from the living room and primary bedroom

• Tile flooring is throughout the unit

• Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, a Keurig Coffee Maker, and a wet bar. The dining room table seats six and there are four bar stools for additional seating.

• Full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit

• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed with a Temperpedic LUXE-breeze mattress which feels up to 8 degrees cooler throughout the night and a TV. The primary bathroom features a walk-in shower and a whirlpool tub.

• The second bedroom also has a king-size bed with a Temperpedic LUXE-breeze mattress and a set of twin XL bunk beds with a TV. *Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk.

• Wireless internet access is provided

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

Perfect Getaway

Everything was good. Construction in the rooms around us starting at 6:30 AM was not ideal. I would bring your own towels. Otherwise everything was clean and nice. The way they describe the parking in the email is confusing but just park in the space marked for your condo.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Orange Beach. We frequent OB multiple times a year but this was our first time staying in this unit. It is very updated (the master bath could use a little updating) and the bed was VERY comfortable. Our friends stayed in the second bedroom and stayed it was very comfortable as well. This unit would be perfect for a family with children as it had bunk beds in the second room as well. We walked to FloraBama one day for lunch which was nice. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone!!

Great family condo in orange beach
This was our third time staying at this condo and we enjoy it each time. It’s a gorgeous view and super easy beach/pool access. We enjoy having the indoor and outdoor pool options for our young kids. The condo is fabulous, but I will admit that the one roll of toilet paper and half a roll of cheap paper towels and zero cooking accessories (not even salt/pepper) is a downer. However that is definitely the fault of the rental company and not the condo owner. We’ve just been spoiled by all the wonderful amenities at previous rentals.

This condo was exceptional! It was large enough for 2 adult couples to feel relaxed and not cramped. The beds were the best ever at a rental condo- yes both! (We did not utilize bunk beds). The BALCONY was the absolute “cherry on top”.. wide and spacious. Everything was top-notch! Seriously hoping to be invited back and stay in October!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The Best Part of Our Trip
The condo was even better than advertised. My wife and four daughters loved it as much as I did. We loved the location of this condo in relationship to the other condos in the same building. It was at the far west end so very private with little foot traffic outside. The view from the extra large private balcony was AMAZING. Every morning I would get a cup of coffee and watch the most amazing sun rises and in the evenings we would finish our days with the sounds of crashing waves. The parking was easy to find, enter and exit. I had absolutely zero safety concerns for me and my family during our visit. The condo was clean and the decor was perfect for our week at the beach. The layout of the condo provided the necessary privacy while allowing a great space for family together time. The condo had many dishes which left us wanting for nothing. The large capacity ice machine was my families favorite appliance after returning from our morning runs or the day at the beach. The only thing I could even consider as a negative was that there wasn't any cupboard space to put away groceries. Overall we had a wonderful vacation and the condo was the best part because it delivered far more than expected. 10 out of 10 🌊⛱️☀️

Orange Beach Condo
This was our second stay at this condo. It is a beautiful property and very clean. We love this complex because it is very easy and quick to get to the beach and pool, plus has an indoor pool in case of bad weather. Definitely a great option for families. Only negative was the king beds were very uncomfortable. Young and old folks alike had back issues during our stay. Also, there was very loud construction going on at the property next door. Of course this is out of the complex’s control, but worth mentioning.

The property in general was better than the photos provided. The pool was a lot bigger in person and the unit was nice and also larger than perceived. There was really easy access with little to no wait for elevators ever. The room was definitely cleaned ahead of time, but could’ve used a deeper clean, it was clear they didn’t move any furniture as we found toys and food remnants from previous renters and buildup around the toilet in 2nd bedroom. Overall, we had a great experience and enjoyed the facilities.

We really enjoyed our stay!
The whole group. committed on how comfy the condo was and how convent it was to the elevator and beach. The living room had the kind of furniture you can sit and relax in at the end of the day. The bedrooms were quite and the beds were firm and comfortable, there were plenty of pillows so you could find one you liked. There was a lot of light around the windows. In my opinion the kitchen was nicely stocked. Everything worked as it should and the place was clean. Parking was a little sketchy, just look for room number on P1 or there s a guide in the elevator. We really enjoyed our stay and if we wanted to return to Orange beach we would look that place up again. We did not communicate at all with the property manger...no need to do so.

Great location & view
My husband, kids (2 & 4) and I had a great experience. The location was ideal for our family and the view of the beach was perfect from our balcony. The condo was conveniently located and in a secluded location between Orange Beach and Flora Bama. The condo was exactly as advertised and clean/spacious. The only some what negative comment I have is the ice machine (which was an awesome perk for trips to the beach) needs to be cleaned.

Everything as-pictures. Great location, quiet beach (with beach service extra, through Ike’s Beach Service). Easy check in and great communication. Plenty of space for a family of 4. Amazing porch with lots of space. I would definitely rent this space again, but would bring my own pillow. 5 stars.

This is it!
This condo has it all! Great view, convenient location, lovely decor, nice firm mattresses, perfectly accommodating kitchen & appliances (love the wet bar/ice maker), spacious bathrooms and closets. We extended our stay by 2 days because we hated to leave. Pool & parking are very convenient thanks to elevators. Love the key code access and check-out via Alexa. Every guest we spoke with was very nice. Note: TVs have Direct TV, not our favorite. The pool is not fancy, but has decent lounge chairs. You can rent 2 beach loungers & an umbrella for $40/day right on the beach and hi to Clyde!
