I'm not sure if Beachball owns this property or just manages it, but we will not be renting one of their properties again. It's in a good location as far as the lagoon and beach go, but should not be available in its current state.In short, this house is not in rentable condition. The listing photos are clearly years old, as the home has not been well-maintained and is in a state of disrepair. For example:- Bedroom, closet and patio doorhandles coming off/falling off- Master bath toilet disconnected from floor (unusable)- Master bath sink faucets disconnected from countertops- Dock has plant life growing through it such that it's almost impassable- Fire pit overgrown and unusable- Trees and shrubs behind and beside property all overgrown from years of neglect and space unusable- Deck chairs broken and unusable- Old, rolled up rugs on patio are tripping hazard- Living room rug is way past its lifespan and very, very, very dirty and stained- No batteries in TV remotes (we had to buy and replace)- AV cabinet coming apart (it's gonna fall apart if touched)- Many pots and pans unusable/need to be replaced- Cracked floor tiles throughout- Dryer didnt work (we pulled out a lint clog that was easily years old)- Lots of mold growing in master shower enclosure (caused respiratory issues for us)- No curtains, blinds or drapes (open to sunlight in all rooms)- Internal stairwell filthy, stained and had odor- Trash all around property (has been accumulating years)
