“Check in was at 4pm. We arrived at 5:45 and was informed there still were no clean rooms.”

“The elevator was working when we carried all our stuff to the sixth floor checking in then the elevator stopped working we had to walk down 6 flights stairs to eat dinner and come back up 6 flights to our room. The next morning when we were checking out the elevator was still not working and we are old and I just had hip surgery 2 months ago so we couldn’t carry everything down. We walked down for breakfast and the night manager had no answers to how they were going to handle the luggage issue……
