The staff were professional, friendly, and always helpful. They also went above and beyond by arranging delivery of our luggage to Seoul, allowing us to travel comfortably on the train without having to carry our bags. Their excellent service and attention to detail made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended!"

"Grand Josun Busan was the best out of 3 hotels we have stayed during our recent trip to South Korea! It is just by the beach and a short walk to the night market. Love the comfortable bedding, helpful staff and awesome swimming pool with ocean view! Really the best hotel if you are going to Haeundae area."

"The view was excellent, room ok needed work done to it, had to pay extra if you wanted to use hot plates and cook food. Only coffee cups supplied. Could not use pool as workers were working. In Australia every thing is include at no extra cost. Was a bit expenisve for what we got since i work in the industy as well. No washing facilities to wash clothes if needed."
