“I got at least 21 insect bug bites all over exposed areas (I wore t-shirt and long pajama pants to bed and got bites on my face, arms and foot) the day after sleeping here. This hotel is in a good location but glasses in the cupboard were dirty and towels were stained. My friend who slept in a different bed in same room (she doesn't have bug bites) noticed dark spots on the sheets. I messaged the staff when I got home and they said they would check the beds. “The suite we had, included a combo mini washer/dryer (just googled how to use it), along with small dishwasher. They provide basic utensils, dishwashing tabs, detergent tabs. In the basement there is also luggage storage, separated washer, dryers (free). You can also help yourself to free toilet paper, dish soap, tea, sponge etc in the basement. 5th floor there is a small café that is connected to an outdoor pool, same floor there is a yoga studio for a fee. “The hotel owns apartments a building away. The listing was not even in the hotel, no sheets or pillow covers left for the pull out, would not return money when we could not use the breakfast. Steep steep stairs up to the 3rd floor, furniture and carpet old and musty”
