I stayed here on 2 occasions this summer, the location is the success of the hotel. If you book make sure you have the ocean views which was where I stayed the first visit . My arrival on my second stay I did not get that lucky. Terrible view, very tired room, cracked bathroom sink, noisy creaking bed, old fridge and microwave not what you would expect for the amount we are being charged.

Close to everything, not crowded, best for exploring Vancouver with family. Super nice front deck staff

Everything and everyone was great. The only exception is that the walls seemed to be paper thin. We could clearly hear people next to us or walking in the hallway. It seemed like an older property with the small elevators but other than that the staff was excellent. The location was good.

Loved our stay here! Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. All the extra touches were perfect
