“Quiet, convenient and pleasant staying here ”

“The log house was lovely. We were there during the Feb snowfall so little could be done outdoors. It was equipped with most kitchen essentials but we couldn’t find a cork screw. All in all a pleasant stay. ”

“Hidden gem! Leaving by water ferry set the tone for this getaway. The staff are friendly, the accomodation was clean and comfortable and the cottage was well equipped. We enjoyed walking the local trails and exploring the shoreline. Thank you for a great getaway”

“The apartment is cozy and well equipped. There was nothing we needed that wasn’t here. Very well located, convenient to everything but it felt like you were out in the forest. “The suite was clean, neat and tidy when we arrived. Communication with our host was good. Wing was quick to respond to questions and was respectful. A few more kitchen amenities would have been nice perhaps. There is a Nespresso machine but another coffee making option could have been nice. Maybe a drip maker or a french pressThe house and neighborhood were quiet.This was a good home base for us while we spent most of our days visiting family.Thank you Wingmaking option ”

“It is close to food and fuel. Easy access to freeway. Key pad entry for late check in. Host is easy to contact for questions. I stayed 2 weeks and would highly recommend it. ”

Poor Customer Services

"Overall everything is ok, expect one front desk staff have very poor customer service. My partner left his backpack at the lobby couch after we checked out. It was around an hour when we found out the backpack was left there. So we call the hotel and ask if they can check the couch for us, staff who picked up the call didn’t even checked and strongly confirmed that she did not receive anything at the front desk. As soon as we were back to the hotel we ask the front desk who worked on 1/4/2025 in the afternoon, who I assume it’s the same person who picked up my call. We asked her again if they have found the backpack, she said “we haven't found anything yet”, while I was trying to play a sound on my IPad which is in the bag, and immediately I heard the ringing sound was coming from her office. So then why she keep saying ‘No’. We were pretty disappointed to this specific staff’s poor customer services. "
