"Very disappointed with our stay at the Executive Suites Burnaby May.01.26 for 2nights. The experience was far from family-friendly and left us extremely upset. The pool hours and rules were not clearly posted, yet the manager yelled at us in front of our family and other guests to get out of the pool instead of handling the situation professionally. To make matters worse, one of the cleaning staff accidentally pinched my toddler’s finger in a door, causing injury and a lot of distress. What was most upsetting is that the situation still has not been properly addressed or followed up on by management. We expected much better customer service, communication, and care for guest safety. Unfortunately, this was a very negative experience overall."

"You can’t expect a lot for the price you pay. But compared to Best Western (yes a little more$) you would get bigger, cleaner rooms. A better quality mattress!!!! Better in room coffee and a far far better hot breakfast!"
