“Awesome stay”

“The staff were great but I rented this place for the pool / hot tub and the pool /hot tub was not available in which I feel I should recieve some money back we should be notified of these thing before renting. I could have rented another place for way cheeper if I knew this was not available.”

“酒店就在Metrotown站附近，步行約5分鐘可乘搭skytrain，附近商場臨立，對面馬路就是麗晶商場，交通、飲食、購物都非常方便。 酒店每天供應豐富自助早餐，水果也有2-3種，很好吃。 我們訂了一廳一房套房，露台可以外望温哥華遠境，很賞心悦目，可惜睡房沒有門，只是一個分隔區域，嬰兒沒有寧靜環境，弄到每晚都哭，後來酒店從善如流，給我們換了可以關上門的房，解決了問題，感謝！”

“The night from hell. There was techno music all night long right under my room, so loud my teeth were vibrating all night. I slept for exactly 1 hour. I found out when I got there that the washroom was down the hall, not in the room. It was hot and stuffy but no A/C and no screens on the windows to keep flys out. The curtains were thin and there is a used car lot across the street so the room was bright as day all night. There was one working electrical outlet. I’ve stayed at hostels in……

“This was an exceptional property and we enjoyed our stay immensely. The owner was friendly and helpful. The room was immaculately clean and the view of the river was beautiful. We had to leave early in the morning and the owner left out a packaged breakfast for us. We would definitely stay there again.”
