“Its a very nice, clean and spacious room. The counter is friendly too. I made a fool of myslef, when I swipe the door key card and pulled the handle down. It didn't open the door. Went down to the friendly counter, then finds out, instead of pulling dow , you need to pull up the handle to open the door. It is a interesting way of opening door.”

“I stayed at an Aloft in TX and thought the decor/layout of the rooms were cool. The Knoxville one was also cool.”

“My friend and I stayed here on a girls’s trip and was met with very hard beds. It was like sleeping on pavement. The walls are paper thin so you could hear EVERYTHING going on around you. The AC kept cutting off so the air temperature was not consistent so we were hot and cold the entire time. Overall we will not be coming back here to stay again. ”
