It was not the room i booked. I booked a king bed and hot tub so i could sray and relax while my husband went to a concert with his friend. I even messaged someone about the hot tub and they said hot tub rooms are nt on the first floor. I said thats ok. I will be fine if there is an elevator or ill just have to take my time. I showed the messaged at checki and he said they must not have checked my reservation. Hh conveniently cant find messaged after i should him. Your company said they didn't even have that type of room. Which is a lie and the only reasi booked it because it was 80 for a might which was supposed to be 116 and hotel would hold 29 when i get there. I usually only use choice but i heard good things about expedia but i will never use again. The place was clean but doesn't do for the customer. While sitting in the loby there were several issues at check in no rooms for people etc. The breakfast all microwave food and only one waffle maker for the whole hotel which you had to wait in line for a while. I WILL NEVER USE THIS HOTEL OR EXPEDIA AGAIN. I SCREENED SHOTTED THE HOTEL AND THAT TYPE OF ROOM DOES EXIST .

Our first rooms sink would not drain. 2nd night we upgraded to a room with a hot tub. It looked disgusting, the toilet seat was loose and about to fall off. Although the sink was a newer design and nice, it was not good for brushing teeth. Our third night we noticed ants all over the window area and on our nightstands. Hallways smelled like people were smoking pot all over the place. Breakfast was nice but very limited items. I should have did a deeper dive into the reviews. Bed was very comfortable and AC worked super well.

Excellent value! Definitely enjoyed my overnight stay. The double queen suite was large and spacious. My daughter and I enjoyed the pool and hot tub .

Checkout is at 11am. With a do not disturb sign on the door, housekeeping banged on our door once at 9am then again at about 945am. Both time we stated we had not checked out. Very distressing, feels like we were not guest but a burden to be hurried out the door. Other than that, the place was nice and clean, but we will not be staying here again because of the housekeeping incidents. We did bring it up to the front desk clerk, but just got a couple half hearted Sorry’s

Another foreign owned property ran like the property was in Baghdad. i could not understand the arabic slant to the english being spoken. There was signs in the hall asking guests to take their trash to the dumpster. Why am I paying for room service if I am cleaning out the room myself? Overall, the property seemed crusty but once inside the room it was fine. The shower had great water pressure and it got as hot as you wanted it to be

The Lady Manager at this property is very rude and non cooprative. I would not recommend this hotel at all for all perspectives which includes cleaniless and assisstance that every customer needs

Easy to get to Hershey park frome there. Minor thing in the sweet to be replaced like light bulbs and a draun for the hot tub. The staff was very quick to replace them and friendly. Quick check in and out.

The room was nice and clean, nothing out of the ordinary except for the front desk services. The front desk attendant/manager apparently is very rude and has poor customer service skills. We requested an early check in which was denied due to the management saying the room has to be cleaned. When i arrived the parking lot was empty and also when I returned from my day out and about still empty. I request a late check out for 1pm denied with the reason that they need the room for guests when yet again empty lot barely anyone walking around the property. Just a reminder check instarts @ 3pm. Itgoing to take over 2 hours to get the room clean from me and my fiance just being there overnight. I will jot return to this property due to the lack of customer service.
