TV remote control didn’t work
Coffee was terrible in the orange juice was spoiled muffins were hard as a rock
When I called to ask about batteries or a new remote the staff was very rude… I will never stay here again this is a horrible place
Check in was just a phone where you had to call and someone came out, not once saw someone behind the desk during our stay!
There was only maybe 6 cars in the parkjng lot during our entire stay. Asked for a Q or K room told him we'd pay more for it, got denied of course. In our room-towels were stained, carpet not clean, refrigerator didnt work and was molded inside.
Definately our worse stay in a hotel to date!
Will not be back.
I contacted hotel management 3x to complain about the following items (as I was advised when I was checking out that management would contact me to address - in which I have NEVER received an answer, and have previously booked with them 4x as a repeat customer):
1. A bug was found in our bed
2. The remote didn't work
3. The drain to the tub was clogged; we had to take a
shower in ankle deep, dirty water
I will NEVER book this hotel again.
Quick check in & out. Room & lobby were clean. Staff was friendly & professional. The bed was a bit uncomfortable but adequate. Overall a great place for overnight trip.
