“Terrible person working at the reception. There was a wrong date booked for my stay, one night before I arrived. The man at reception made fun about that and even joked with the 2 guys sitting at the bar, like how stupid I was. I went on chat with Expedia, the lady was polite and helpful, she wanted to solve the problem and called the guy on telephone: he refused to answer the phone!!! “Sehr freundlich, sehr sauber. Genau wie beschrieben. Waschmaschine ist sogar inklusive trockner. Einfach perfekt mit kleinen Kindern. Einfach alles da was man braucht und mehr. Auch super gelegen in der Ortsmitte. Man kann bequem alles fußläufig erreichen und die Parkplätze im umkreis sind lediglich mit Parkscheibe aber auf 3 Stunden begrenzt. Es gibt aber genug. Wenn wir Familie in Hannover besuchen, dann immer wieder gerne am Steintor 3 ;)”
