Very Bad customer service plus I was told the other motel lacked cleanness too. Owners must pay for more motel workers. Also the sticker plate was missing and made me feel like anyone could kick my door in, as well as the secondary lock only had one screw in it, so it wasn't secure. I told the maid the next morning to get it fixed yet when I returned it wasn't attended to. The facility which I have stayed at several times is overall a nice room, all different, look nice and nice beds, but minor details are overlooked. Management needs to finish the other 5% on each room to make it perfect for the price. Also if you come late you have to go to a Best Western to get your key.
