“The staff at this hotel is incredibly slow and unhelpful. We asked about a leaking bathroom pipe, but it wasn’t fixed even after two days. Parking is mandatory and they charge extra, even though the hotel is in a remote location. The breakfast is also mediocre.”

“The rooms are sparse, felt more like a dorm rooms, but the pool was very nice and the breakfast was surprisingly good. The place is a bit out of the way from all the action of San Sebastián so you need a taxi to get around.”

“The hotel is a little out of town( very helpfull during the very noise San Fermin celebrations) but for me it wasnt a problem:the bus conection was excellent and I walked several. times. . At least my room was like an aparthotel one with kitchen cabinets, microwave and an small fridge. The staff was very helpfull and polite.”

“La atención del chico que nos atendió cuando llegamos en la noche, un 10. La habitación estaba bien, un detalle en el wc pero tampoco para pedir cambio de habitación, aparcar alrededor del hotel, bien, aunque tienen un par de parking cerca pero de pago, pero no nos hizo falta. El desayuno que estaba incluido, sí que nos pareció un poco desordenado, asumo por la cantidad de huéspedes que estábamos y que tampoco había mucha variedad, pero bien en cuanto calidad precio. Si regresamos a Logroño,……
