“Friendly staff”

“Our room was clean, That staff was cordial, Very nice to have breakfast included and having the kitchen option is a bonus.”

“Room very clean”

“Overall my stay was excellent. I was disappointed that the sheets and towels felt drenched in bleach and soap residue. I picked a Hyatt brand hotel because they take such pride in sleep- missed the mark this time. I also used the gym. I was so excited to be able to use their peloton. One was broken and wouldn’t turn on, the other one turned on but they have lapsed their commercial license so you couldn’t do anything except the demo rides. And the water bottle cage was missing. These are first……

“Unfortunately, one of our rooms had a noticeable odour and exceptionally high humidity. The towels felt only half-dried, and the room was stuffy and filled with damp, humid air, making it quite uncomfortable. It was disappointing, as this affected what was otherwise our first trip to Elora. We hope the issue can be addressed for future guests.”

“A little sketchy looking from the outside. However, my room looked relatively new. The bed was comfortable the bathroom was clean the TV worked fine. It was a little bit of a noisy area. The staff are great. I was looking for somewhere inexpensive to stay and I found it”

“去Elora可以住的優質飯店”

“The hotel is fine, but for the higher price that it is, the pool area is small, there’s no hot tub, and the water is not heated, it’s quite brisk. Also, there was loud indoor construction starting at 9:30 AM so not only could you not sleep in but you could not have work calls.”
