The access to the hotel lobby was confusing too. When I finally got in and checked in, I got to my room and was EXTREMELY disappointed by the condition/quality of my room compared to the photos advertised. I have many photos of the state of my room which was not properly cleaned and had lots of wear and tear. More than acceptable for one room. The pool was nice, but completely open to the lobby, so your conversations carry through the hotel. Room service prices and fees were insane. Ended up doing door dash instead. Breakfast was bland. Excellent front desk staff - very helpful friendly and efficient. Breakfast buffet was fantastic with loads of options (crepe station mashed potatoes home potatoes sausage bacon eggs parfaits fruit sandwiches beans smoothies donuts croissants...). We only received two passes so we had to pay for our third party (child) but it was under $20\. Arrival andthe parking situation was a bit chaotic and confusing but seamless after a few initial hiccups. The area surrounding the hotel is sketchy (most of downtown kw is) so keep that in mind if you wanted to walk around. We stayed for a concert and the Center in the Square was less than a 5-minute drive away, super cheap Uber. We choose this hotel for it’s amenities which the bowling and arcade which is from third party there wasn’t any balls to play and half of the arcade game didn’t work. Staying with kids we thought this would be perfect but mot too much. After long day driving we went to get ice off second floor and machine didn’t work. Our room bathroom was not very clean. Towels were hard. Parking is so far away from access to the hotel which doesn’t say anywhere is description lots of going inside and out and stairs to reach reception desk. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the buffet breakfast was amazing and parking the car in the underground garage was reasonably priced and very convenient. The kids were excited to use the bowling alley which was unfortunately out of service. The arcade had many games, mostly outdated that were out of service or just took our money. The mini putt was fun and kept the kids entertained. The pool was great and wasn’t ever too busy. The breakfast was good and had lots of great options.
