As soon as we arrived and checked in, we were offered an upgrade of a room that had a living room & outstanding view. We paid at a discounted price. We
did have an outstanding view and a little table with a couple of chairs but no living room on the 21st floor.
By the time all the fees were added it was quite expensive.
The next day we couldn’t find our off site car after walking up & down the streets, went back to hotel & they were very helpful - we parked in the wrong lot!
The shuttle took care of us, exceptional service. The valet said they would refund 1 night fee for parking.
When we checked out, the refund was not there and they did nothing about it.
Otherwise - great location and stay!
