Cambridge Butterfly Conservatory Tours

We enjoyed our stay - one night. Loved being in the hub of Port Credit. The room was beautiful - view of the marina and lake (past the parking lot) but always a great sight. We've stayed here before and it never disappoints. It's a shame that they never reopened the restaurant and found a way to make that work. It is such a great addition to the hotel. Our only complaint is that we find some of the front desks that can be a little crusty. But we laughed them off and enjoyed our stay.

Great hotel, great staff, great front staff, good food.

Our first night experienced no air conditioning so the next day before we headed out for the day to watch the Jays play, we advised the front desk and they said they would have someone look at our air conditioning and if they couldn’t fix it, would give us another room. Upon our return the Front desk was unaware of any attempts to fix so sent someone up to look at it again all while us being tired and ready for bed nearing midnight. The tech was very nice but could not fix so we were finally given another room. This was all happening during a heat wave end of June/beginning of July so you can imagine how hot our room was and how we were very inconvenienced not getting a good night sleep the first night and having to wait up late the second night to finally get a room with working air conditioning. Front desk couldn’t give us a refund but would talk to the manager about it. The manager has not reached out yet. Suffice to say, we will not be staying there again in the future.
